I don't know if there is much of a "cabbage night" issue in your area, but there has been around here and one of the favorite pranks for some kids is TP' ing people's houses, cars, trees.... whatever they can.
Back in the 80's the really snarky kids started throw eggs at cars, jump out and spray people with shaving cream and smash people's pumpkins in the road. There was rampant vandalism in cemeteries, at people's homes and to their cars. Not nice. It's technically been banned here, but that doesn't stop some kids.
I hope you guys don't get rain! That would be a mess! Ick...
Innocent fun....it is unusual around these parts. I have to agree with your other commenter--better take it down before it rains...what a mess! ★Linda★
That is a big thing where my brother lives in Alabama, but not so much here! Even the adults get into it there! That's so funny! But I bet cleaning it up isn't so fun! :)
Not normal at MY house...but many years ago I worked with a great group of women. Every year, we had a good old-fashioned slumber party...and if you didn't attend, we'd sneak out in the middle of the night and TP your house. Yup...30+ and older out TPing. LOL!
One year, one of our group was in the hospital recovering from pneumonia. We knew she was scheduled to be released the next day, so we did an extra-special TPing with a big sign that said, "Welcome Home - we love you!!" propped up on her car.

I for one am glad to see kids can still have 'good' fun. Can't you just hear them squealing and giggling as they did it?

This made me laught! I agree with Linda! When our house got "decorated" there was a dew on the ground that morning. I couldn't get all of it off.
