I have spent the morning getting everything ready for Mother's Day. I have swept, dusted, all the laundry, moped, trash, put all the laundry away, changed the sheets on the bed and put the craft stuff away. I think all I have to do is grocery shop and I am done.
Mother's day is such a sad day without my Mom...oh how I miss her but we have an adventure planned for Saturday and a full house on Sunday so I am going to enjoy being with the ones I love.
My sister and sil and a few others are spending the day having some fun on Saturday so I wanted to be done today...I think I have almost completed my jobs!
Do you just love the cake I have made as my centerpiece of the table?? haha it's a sponge...but it does look so wonderful..I should burn a cake candle for the smell...well, I hope you are having a wonderful day and I will be back to share on Sunday!
