Dear Ones, What a wonderful day of praise we had today. Our worship team worked together for the soul purpose of praise and when that happens it is so magical. I am so happy to have spent time in praise and worship.
Today I want to tell you that my dad just had hip replacement surgery. He came home on Saturday and is doing well. Home Health care will meet his needs and my Mom will be there to help all she can. Their dear neighbors have offered to bring in Thanksgiving meals and that will be such a blessing to them and to us. I am so thankful that this kind of hospitality is still alive and well. What a blessing they are.
Look around and see if there is someone in need close to you. Sometimes it just takes a kind word or a warm meal to change the life of someone else. If you are in need, please make yourself known to those closest to you, don't rob them of the blessing. Have a wonderfully blessed night.

I hope your Father is doing well, such a huge surgery. It does feel good to give a helping hand in need, and especially in this season. Not that it's just the holidays, but it being winter and with so many not being able to get fuel or food. I hope you are all well in your neck of the woods.
Happy Holidays
your heart sounds bright your really beautiful
What a beautiful, heartfelt post. There is always someone that needs a little boost, especially this time of year. Hope your Thanksgiving is wonderful, Dawn
Such a lovely post Dianntha.... I feel more and more grateful each year as the holiday season draws near. We've lost many of the older generation, but we've also been given the wonderful gift of several bright new souls who will grace the family holiday tables in the years to come.
I'm happy to know that your dad is on the mend and that all turned out well. What wonderful friends they have, to think of them at a time when it's so easy for all of us to get caught up in the chaos that comes with the season.
When my dear Aunt had her hip replacement several years ago it gave her back so much of her quality of life, but more importantly, it took away the constant pain that she had endured for so long. I hope your dad is as blessed to have the same experience/outcome.
Wishing you and your family a warm and blessed Thanksgiving.
Martha
