Yesterday as I went to the mail box I was looking for a package from Trudy of Crows in the Attic Primitives...ans sure enough it was there...I was very excited!
The outside envelope was just wonderful, so full of design but of course the watermellon slices were just the most wonderful craftsmanship.
Trudy, thank you...you brightened my rainy, dreary day. I have them on my table for now. Thank you a million!!! You are sweet.
I have Trudy in my blog links...stop over and see her. They have been having spring snow storms and she has some amazing pictures.

Those will look great where ever you put them I am sure! They are so summery!! (if that's a word...lol!) I had some catching up to do on your blogs and I was thrilled to see you got such bargains on your tulips! I too had come across such a deal last spring but they had already bloomed so I just left them in their pots for the bulbs to go dormant and get dry. Welllllllllll SOMEONE (Russ) saw all the yellowing and browning leaves and THREW THEM ALL OUT.....All 112 of them! UGH!!
Most important though, I was sad to see you lost your friend. Just think of the day you will meet again and all you will have to talk about....what a day that will be. I am sorry that she is gone, I know how you must miss her everyday.
Hugs,
Beth
I love prezzies in the mail! Those are adorably prim and I'm sure you'll find the right spot for them!
Can't wait to see where you place your new watermelons.
Wow are they ever neat watermelons. What a treat
